Gugatan tersebut didaftarkan Ria Ricis secara e-court atau elektronik.
Tidak hanya menggugat cerai, adik Oki Setiana Dewi ini juga menggugat hak asuh dan nafkah anak semata wayang mereka yang bernama Cut Raifa Aramoana.
