The implementation of rukyatul hilal at the start of Ramadhan will involve 50 to 60 rukyat points in various regions, including the Eastern, Central and Western zones of Indonesia.
This Rukyat will be carried out together with related parties such as officials from the local Ministry of Religion, Religious Courts, the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), and involve community participation.
Thus, the predictions and calculations carried out by LF PBNU will certainly be used as a reference for determining the start of the month of Ramadan 1445 H/2024 AD.
All rukyatul hilal processes are carried out carefully and professionally for the sake of mutual agreement in determining the start of fasting for Muslims in Indonesia.
