Basuki said that land prices in IKN vary depending on the location of the land you want to buy.
As we know, IKN will soon become the center of regional attention where there will be a lot of state activity there.

"Depending on the location, between IDR 400,000-IDR 800,000 per square meter," said Basuki at the Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Sunday, July 14 2024.
Basuki said that land price determination in IKN had actually been carried out since 2023.
"Yes, but it has been set for 2023," said Basuki.
Previously, OIKN Secretary Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya was of the opinion that land prices in IKN were not as expensive as in big Indonesian cities.

"It's not as expensive as in mature big cities because we also have to encourage incoming investment. But what is clear is that it is in accordance with the needs of the country," said Jaka at the Jakarta Ombudsman's Office Wednesday, March 20 2024.
The determination of the selling price of land in IKN is adjusted to the location and spatial planning.
"If the area is premium, the price is premium. If the area is built for low-income people to live in, it's not expensive," continued Jaka.
