This discount is valid from September 4 to 17, 2025.

This power upgrade discount promotion is available to all single-phase low-voltage customers in all tariff groups, with an initial power rating of 450 volt-amperes (VA) to 5,500 VA, who wish to upgrade to 7,700 VA.
For example, a customer with 450 VA who wants to upgrade to 7,700 VA only needs to pay Rp 3,512,625, down from the normal rate of Rp 7,025,250.
Please note that power upgrade applications under the KALCER program are processed entirely digitally through PLN Mobile.
Prepaid customers simply need to complete a single token purchase transaction, while postpaid customers simply pay their electricity bill.

After a successful transaction, customers will receive an e-voucher for the power upgrade discount via the Rewards feature on PLN Mobile or via their registered email address.
Next, customers simply enter the e-voucher code when submitting a power increase request via the PLN Mobile app. Once the payment is verified, the local PLN unit will immediately process the application according to applicable regulations.
Each PLN Mobile account will receive a maximum of four power increase e-vouchers during the promotional period to provide equal opportunity for all customers.
