Sebut Wanita 'Tobrut' Bisa Dipenjara dan Denda 10 Juta Rupiah, Jangan Asal Ngatain!

JAKARTA, SEMARAKNEWS.CO.ID - Men, don't just call women 'Tobrut'.

For your information, tobrut is a term for women with large breasts.

This kind of slang term is now being criticized by the National Commission on Violence Against Women because it has the meaning of verbally abusing women.

There is a threat of prison for a man who carelessly calls a woman 'tobrut'.

Such regulations are contained in the Sexual Violence Crime Law (TPKS) no. 12 of 2022, article 5, which states:

"Any person who commits non-physical sexual acts aimed at the body, sexual desires and/or reproductive organs with the intention of degrading a person's honor and dignity based on their sexuality and/or morality, shall be punished for non-physical sexual harassment, with a maximum imprisonment of 9 (nine) months and/or a maximum fine of IDR 10,000,000.00 (ten million rupiah).”

In other words, referring to the TPKS Law, the use of the term tobrut refers to non-physical acts of harassment.

Because it has the meaning of brutal t**t which has a negative connotation.

Regarding the term tobrut, Dr. Boyke opened his voice and reminded us not to say the word tobrut any more.

"Please don't comment if there are women who are posting themselves and suddenly they comment tobrut, tobrut, tobrut. Yes, you understand what that means, because that's the same as harassing them, they don't mean anything, it's normal, people I want to post myself like that," said Dr Boyke on his TikTok account.
