Qualification:
- Minimum D3 education in all majors but Bachelor's degree is preferred;
- Have at least 1 (one) year of experience working in archive management;
- Ready and able to work in a team;
- Ability to use standard software such as Microsoft Office and learn tools that will be needed in the future;
- Have excellent archiving skills and use of storage-related technology to be able to carry out activities within the appropriate time frame and the goals and targets set;
- Have good written and oral communication skills (English and Indonesian) to be able to prepare technical documents, reports, papers and recommendations
- Understanding of government working systems, policies, planning, implementation and budgeting in general is preferred;
- Have communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a dynamic and diverse work environment;
- Having a laptop that can be operated is preferred.
