2 pieces deaf

How to make:
1. Arrange the beef bones on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200ºC for 40 minutes.
2. In a frying pan, roast the dry spices until fragrant. Remove, set aside.
3. In a pan, add the bones, dried spices, shallots and ginger. Bring to a boil.
4. Add salt, pepper and fish sauce, stir well. Cook over low heat. Turn off the heat. Strain the broth, bring to a boil again without covering.
5. In a serving bowl, arrange the toppings according to taste, pour in the broth, serve hot.
