With her name going viral, Una finally apologized via Instagram DM to Sabrina Sim.
"Hello everyone, I just got an apology from her (Una Dembler) via Instagram DM. But first I want to say something, blaspheming because of her actions is not a problem," wrote Sabrina Sim on her personal Instagram account.
"From this incident, I will become a better person. Sorry, once again. Please tell me what I can do so that you can forgive me," said Una Dembler.
Sabrina explained that what she was concerned about was Una Dembler's negative reaction when she was reprimanded.

The reason is, the way the celebgram reacted was very rude to him.
"I'm just concerned about your negative reaction when you are reprimanded. Whether in Singapore or another country, you should know that your reaction will disappoint many people with the way you behave outside Indonesia," said Sabrina Sim.
"I hope you understand why people are upset and I don't blame them. I don't blame you for breaking the queue. But that's solely because of your reaction and the way you treat other people," he added.
At the end of her sentence, Sabrina Sim still hopes that Una Dembler can watch Bruno Mars in peace and comfort.
