A woman named Dewi Rahmawati (25) applied for a job and her personal data was misused by the HRD of the company she applied for to apply for a loan.
The woman applied for a job at a PT in the Bogor area in February 2024.

Dewi told this via her personal X account.
Dewi expressed suspicion that her data had been used for online loan transactions with a value of up to IDR 10 million.
"Guys, be careful, my data was misused by the HRD where I applied for work. I created an @BNI account until there was a history of loan transactions of 10 million. And I only found out today because I just opened the wondr apk," wrote Dewi Rahmawati via the X account @deeewtahmawati.
Dewi only realized that her data was being used to open a bank account after logging in using her Wonder account.

"When I entered my Wonder account, I was shocked because there was a BNI account in my name. The remaining money in the ATM was 21,680 Rupiah. And when I clicked it turned out there was a history of using transfers and cash withdrawals," he continued.
Dewi's tweet finally received public attention and went viral.
After it went viral, HR from the company he was applying for finally contacted him.
