Sebagai informasi, Komeng maju nyalonin menjadi anggota  Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD) Jawa Barat.

The 53 year old man admitted that he did not understand the strategy for promoting himself and only aimed to make his photos different from the others.

"People say 'wow, this is a marketing strategy', I don't understand that," said Komeng in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Friday (16/2/2024).
