Not only was he arrested alone, Chika was arrested along with five of his friends at the location.
Chika admitted to the investigative team that using marijuana was a normal thing to do.

This was conveyed by the Deputy Head of Narcotics Research for the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Reksa Anugrah.
