This was stated by netizens when Sarwendah posted a photo of herself standing upright wearing tight clothes with her face freshly made up.

However, Sarwendah said that carrying out surgery is everyone's right, everyone is free to choose anything in their life, as long as it does not harm other people.

Besides, Sarwendah carried out the operation by emptying his own pockets, he had nothing to do with anyone else.
