The man felt that cyclists should be given leeway when exercising on the road.
Because, if you go through the bicycle lane, cyclists have to turn around first to pass through the Semanggi interchange.
"I ask that we still be given time, sir. I left the mosque and finished at 04.45 WIB, I left at 05.00 WIB. I tried to exercise here, only four laps. This is the safest place for bicycles, sir. Why the clock "06.00 WIB we were blocked, sir. The road here is for a moment, sir. The rules must be changed," said the cyclist.
