Kejar Target, Menkominfo Pastikan Jaringan di IKN Sudah 5G

JAKARTA, SEMARAKNEWS.CO.ID - Pursuing targets to advance IKN, the Minister of Communication and Information said that his party has guaranteed that the network at IKN is 5G.

As we know, officials have started working slowly on IKN as the new capital.

Jokowi's start as president has already carried out a trial office at IKN on July 28 2024.

Regarding the 5G network at IKN, it was conveyed by the Minister of Communication and Information (Menkominfo) Budi Arie Setiadi.

Budi said that currently 18 base transceiver station (BTS) towers have been built at IKN.

"(The telecommunications network in IKN) is already solid. So, there are 19 BTS in the IKN area that use the name camouflage BTS, not like BTS but they pay attention to it, not like the BTS that we see as usual. It's beautiful, it's not obvious that it's BTS, " said Budi at the Ministry of Communication and Information Building.

Budi ensured that the network at IKN was undoubtedly speedy.

"The point is, it's fast, that's why you quickly move to IKN," said Budi.

Regarding when Minister of Communication and Information Budi and the ranks of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of Kominfo will have offices at IKN, he said they just have to wait for orders from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

"To go to IKN, we are waiting for orders from the president when we go to IKN. What is certain is that all preparations have been made, including the ceremony on August 17. This is the first ceremony to be held at IKN. When it comes to going to the office, we will just wait for orders, ready to go," concluded Budi.
