Anchovy Plow Sambal:

100 g dried chilies, soak until soft

7 red bird's eye chilies

10 red onions

5 cloves of garlic

1 tsp salt

75 ml cooking oil

150 g jengki anchovies, dry fried

100 g brown sugar, comb

2 tsp tamarind juice

Complementary:

grilled chicken

fried peanut

fried anchovies
