Reportedly, if the confiscated luxury car was purchased with money obtained from corruption, it will immediately be auctioned off.
This was stated by the Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, Ketut Sumedana.

However, until now we are still looking for definite proof whether the car is the result of corruption or not.
"What we know is that the car is in that house, we are still investigating the question of whose ownership it is. Not yet (the auction plan), we will continue the confiscation process, if there are allegations of corruption, we will confiscate and auction it, we will confiscate everything that belongs to the state." " said Ketut Sumedana at the Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Tuesday 2 April 2024.
"But if it belongs to someone else, there is its own process," he continued.
Ketut said that he did not know whether Sandra Dewi witnessed the search or not.

From the search, the investigative team confiscated a number of assets in the form of two luxury cars, important documents, cash worth Rp. 10 billion and 2 million Singapore dollars, as well as jewelry that allegedly belonged to Harvey Moeis and Sandra Dewi.
"Of course there are from other people, but if there are no reports from my family, we also involve the local RT during the search, we also wear uniforms and gloves so that they don't get contaminated with fingerprints," explained Ketut.
For your information, Harvey, Sandra Dewi's husband, has violated Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended and supplemented by Law Number 20 of 2001 in conjunction with Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Amendments to Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
