Viral! Motorcyclist Gets E-Ticket for Riding a Ghost Without Wearing a Helmet
JAKARTA, SEMARAKNEWS.CO.ID - A video showing a motorcyclist carrying a white figure like a ghost is going viral on social media.
The video shows the motorcyclist driving at high speed on the highway, while carrying a passenger who looks like a ghost.
Because the ghost he was carrying was not wearing a helmet, the motorcyclist was given an electronic ticket (e-Tilang).
Reported from the Instagram account @jabodetabek24info, it is known that this incident occurred in Pasuruan, East Java. It is also known that the incident occurred on August 8, 2024.
The Pasuruan Police also sent an e-Tilang letter stating that the motorcyclist had violated traffic regulations with an attachment of letter number B/3694/VII/YAN.I.2/2024/Satlantas.
It was explained that the driver was not wearing a helmet with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) as stated in Article 291 paragraph (1) Jo Article 106 paragraph (8).
