200 g ground beef
300 g potatoes, steamed, mashed
2 celery stalks, finely sliced
1 tsp mushroom stock
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 spring onion, puree
cooking oil
Upholstery:
100 g rice flour
2 chicken eggs, beaten well
100 g fine bread flour
How to make:
1. Heat oil, saute shallots and ground beef. Saute until it changes color. Remove, set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the sautéed meat, potatoes, celery leaves, mushroom stock, garlic powder, salt, pepper and green onions. Stir well.
