Amanda Manopo admitted to undergoing an intermittent fasting diet program or fasting at certain times.
Amanda Manopo limits her eating hours to 4-5 hours a day which has resulted in her successfully losing 15kg.
"I'm intermittent, lunch at 1 o'clock, finished at 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock (sick)," said Amanda Manopo in Jakarta, Monday 1 April 2024.

Amanda went on a diet because in 2023 her weight would jump to 65 kg.
With an unnatural weight and lots of complaints about her body, Amanda immediately went on a diet.
Not only intermittent fasting, he also does a calorie deficit and runs.
"In 8 months, I now weigh 49 kilos. I'm really happy. Now it's really nice to wear extra s," said Amanda Manopo.
