Tengku Dewi Putri officially filed an online lawsuit for divorce against Andrew Andika at the Cibinong Religious Court on Thursday 6 June 2024. 

Tengku carried out this demand for income as a form of taking care of his children's education costs.

"The costs of living for children and children's education that Dewi asked for are very rational, not too excessive, not too flashy, just normal, according to Andre's perceived abilities," said attorney Tengku Dewi Putri in Kuningan, Thursday. June 6, 2024.

Minola said that according to his calculations, his party would sue Andrew Andika for IDR 20 million for two children. He continued, this figure is something normal and natural for Andrew.

"Dewi's request was very rational, not too excessive, not too flashy, just normal, in line with Andrew's perceived ability, which was only 20 million per month," explained Minola.

"For 2 children, IDR 10 million each is enough for two children," he added.

The attorney, Tengku Dewi, is confident that Andrew can fulfill his obligations as a father.

"The name of the father will definitely not limit what the child needs, of course it will not be limited by a formal decision, at least in this lawsuit when it lists a value of Rp. 20 million, Rp. 10 million for one child and I think this is very normal and not too obvious," said Minola.
