Ria Ricis officially filed for divorce against her husband at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court confirmed this news.
"Registration was carried out at the clerk's office of the South Jakarta Religious Court on the afternoon of January 30 2024, with the name Ria Yunita as the plaintiff against T. Rushariandi," said Taslimah, quoted on Wednesday 31 January 2024.
"The name has been registered with the South Jakarta PA via e-court, with case number 547/PdtG/2024," he continued.
Regarding the demands submitted, it turns out that Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi's younger sister as the plaintiff submitted three demands.
One of them is the support of their child, Cut Raifa Aramoana.
"The plaintiff in this case is a woman, namely the wife, who filed cumulative lawsuits, meaning the first lawsuit is in the form of a cumulative lawsuit for divorce, shared assets and child support, so there are three demands," as quoted from YouTube Intense Investigation.
"Even though certain reasons do exist, overall they are still not specifically reliable. The point is that the plaintiff and defendant were bound together in a marriage bond and then an event occurred which cannot be explained in detail in the lawsuit," he added.
It is known that Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan were married on November 12 2021 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Pondok Indah, South Jakarta with a dowry in the form of Rp. 179 million, precious metal weighing 100 grams, and a set of prayer tools.
