Coating Flour:
300 g wheat flour
2 tbsp starch
100 g rice flour
600 ml water
1 tbsp coriander powder
6 cloves of garlic, crushed
4 cm galangal, puree
1 tsp salt
4 spring onions, finely sliced
Complementary:
Chili sauce, soy sauce
How to make:
1. Coat tempeh with marinade, spread evenly. Set aside for 15 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
2. Coating flour: Dissolve the wheat flour, starch and rice flour with water, stir until smooth. Add coriander, garlic, galangal and salt, stir until smooth. Add spring onions, stir well.
