Ia berhasil menurunkan berat badannya yang awalnya 85 kg menjadi 55 kg.

Inul memperbanyak makan sayur untuk dirinya diet dan tidak mengkonsumsi nasi.

"Ben ayu awet enom dan bugar (Supaya cantik, awet muda, dan segar). Saya gak makan daging. Saya makan sayur buah. Saya jarang makan nasi," tulis Inul.

"Saya menghindari asin, manis, terlalu asem. Dan saya tidak makan sembaranan, sedikit makan di luar dan menghindari junkfood,"sambungnya.

Inul herself once experienced a body condition weighing 85 kilograms which made her insecure.

With that weight, Inul immediately went on a diet to reduce her weight.

This weight gain occurred after the birth of his son, Yusuf Ivander Damares, on May 19 2009.

The diet pattern followed by Inul Daratista was conveyed through her own Instagram account.

"Even when I walk with my mustache, I'm embarrassed when I walk with the jumbo and the body camera is full of pictures of me," said Inul Daratista in one of her uploads on Instagram @inul.d.
